Somebody tell me....
How does one get through the incredible pain and sorrow of losing their spouse? This Friday will be four weeks since I lost my husband. My life as I knew it ended on October 20th at 8:15 PM. I held my husband as he passed from this life. I still can't believe it and it seems like a bad nightmare. He was the most wonderful…

Hi, I found this website last night and I am so grateful, very inspirational. My husband was diagnosed with rectal colon cancer end of July 06. He has been told he is a stage II. The MRI showed up some suspicious lymph nodes but they do not know if they are positive. He is being treated as a stage III; has gone through…

New to this site
I'm so grateful to find this site. I was diagnosed with stage iv colorectal cancer this January 2006. In November my bowel perforated when I was eight months pregnant which started the search for the 'cause'. I was on a Oxaliplatin/Xeloda/Avastin clinical trial but the Avastin had to be removed due to wound healing…

Germ phobia!?
Mark had his second infusion on Monday as he posted earlier this week. He's doing great, although I think we pushed things a little today and he's been pretty bushed this afternoon and tonight. He also has activace yet again as no blood return; x-ray showed position to be correct, so he's also on baby aspirin and coumadin.…

Pink??????
Hi all - I don't really have an issue with all the pink / breast cancer stuff. I'm sure it has helped with research in that disease. Maybe I am slightly jealous - we need more advocates out there for our disease, but that doesn't make pink pieplates etc bad. So, that is not what this is about. Last week I received a JC…
