Ice therapy to prevent sore mouth from chemo
Has anyone had any experience with ice therapy for any IV chemo eg sucking on an ice cube during the transfusion in order to prevent a sore mouth developing?

Tamoxifen and hair perms
I am currently taking tamoxifen - I have had no change in my hair at all. I am wondering if it's ok to get a perm in my hair while taking this?

Looking for anyone who shares this side effect. Just completed my first year of tamoxifen - with little side effects but noticed within the past month, significant hair thinning.
