I was told my white blood count was 400 today and it should be 1500. They said to stay sterile and away from people with colds and such. Has anyone had such a low white blood count and what did they do for you?

I found out yesterday I must have biopsy (post 4 yrs BC)The Dr asked me what kind I had the first time. I said I am not sure but I laid face down on table.
