Hi, everybody -

It's been about 6 months since we last did this, and we've welcomed so many new people since then -- I thought it would be a nice idea to check in again from our little corners of the world, and hear where everyone is typing from.

I'm in Los Angeles (born and raised), in the San Fernando Valley.

    i live in ohio 50 miles from columbus ohio. It is called mt.vernon ohio, paul lynde was born and raised here. Ever heard of the OSU Buckeyes???

    Now - Box Elder, SD

    Primarily raised in FL (On Mom's side of the family - 6th generation Floridian and Daddy's 3rd) but also lived in GA, OK, UT, KY, TX, IL, and France (Daddy was career USA and USAF). I was stationed in AL, CA and AZ. We also spent time on Whidbey Island, WA (12 years) and 3 years at NWC China Lake, CA (Northern Mojave Desert); Hubby's retired USN. Now we're in western SD.

    Hi Traci.......not on here much, but I'm a southerner.....Florence SC....born in NC, raised in Va, have lived in Alabama, Mississippi also.....been in Florence since 1983....this is home now

    Right between Tampa and Orlando. I was born in the northwest part of Arkansas and lived in that area until 13 then moved here and have been here 23 years.

    I'm in Southern California, half way between LA and Palm Springs....

    An hour's drive (So Cal driving, lol) from everything...beach, mountains, desert...

    One lucky ducky!

    I'm right near the Illinois/Wisconsin border - halfway between Chicago and Milwaukee. Grew up in Chicago, and tho I have lived in Wisconsin for most of my life, I still think of myself as a Chicagoan ; )

    I'm currently living in Pensacola, Fl only because the husband is in the Navy here, have lived a lot of places and was raised in Indianapolis.

    I lived on the north shore of MA for five and a half years. I miss the ocean, but I don't miss the cold! :)

    25 miles north of Key Largo, FL. Hurricane Andrew made us famous in 1992, little town called Homestead, FL. Born and raised here.

    Mesa, AZ, just outside Phoenix and Scottsdale, for 36 years. Born Vestal, NY, college Ithaca, NY and Plattsburgh, NY. Spent lots of time in Syracuse NY.

    Silly something
    We were last in Punta Gorda (let's not forget 'Charley' in 2004) for a bit of extended time (my 'hometown') in '91 while Hubby was on the Ranger (Desert Storm) which was the year before 'Andrew' hit - our younger son is an "Andrew".
