I took a walk about 12km in
I took a walk about 12km in the backwoods near me. I am trudging up the fith and final climb when I spot big cat tracks. Probably about 7 cm. A 30k-35k cat. I am thinking pretty neat that I am so close to such a neat creature. I am in 2M tall brush. Then I come across a Cat print about 10cm wide and 14cm long that is fresh. That is from a Big Kitty! Probably about 50k. It is humbeling to be out in nature and know that you are not the big dog.
Best Always, mike0 -

Walking
Yesterday, no work so I walked 4.25 mile. Wife came home and we walked with daughter 1.8 mile.
This evening, while wife was at a teachers meeting and daughter at youth group, both at North Shore Christain Academy, I walked 3.7 mile in the dark and rain.

Dear pepe,

I have this chance for a healthy life and I take it with 2 hands.
Many crc's on. Chemo or post op or just becbause they are unwilling do not walk as hard a and that is good.
My priority is peace , then rest and then exercise with diet somewhere close.

No rain tonight.
Mark
Keep on walking
It's such a simple cure , 1000s would be saved literally if they looked down and discovered they have feet and decided to use them.
Keep on walking

Hi Pete,
was able to get out and walk today. I have been sick so haven't been walking that much. The sun and fresh air felt so good...
