including a tourney, in which our team won first place! Lots of good curling and heavy sweeping. You have to sweep the ice hard to get the stones to go where you want them to - worked up quite a sweat!
Each game is 2 hours of running up and down the ice, throwing stones and sweeping frenetically!
its in the title now, curling that is.
i really want to get tot he gym this afternoon.

so many studies, just take your pick but for stage 3 in particular it indicates 53% improvement in survival. not my up and walking almost everyday.
5 miles is a good walk. if its that good for stage3 i hope its helpful for stage4, ask pepe , i am the stage 3 guy here. i'll see if pepe has any comments.
i hope it buys you another 4 decades at least, just watch out while walking, it would be tragic to beat the cancer and get run over by a bus or mugged.

Didn't get to the Pilates class today due to celebrating Halloween a wee bit too much, but did take a 45 minute walk down to the coast then back up the hills. Something is better than nothing.0 -

weekend!0 -
first group yoga class this morning
was the only guy with about 30 girls.
they all made my attempts look humourous. i tired, it was fun, very demanding physically, i sweated.
felt great at the end of it.
many specific stretches are for our colon and butt areas. a few funny noises occurred during the class.
today met a vegan personal trainer at the health seminar i was helping sell books at.
he advised caution about stress hormones being released by aerobic exercise that goes longer than 20 minutes.
need to get this out.
yoga is great
