I had 5 cancerous of 6 biopsy sites (2 masses and 4 cluster microcalcifications). Both breast are affected. Can anyone identify with me…

thank you
Hi. Thanks to Angie, Shirlann, and Emmi for your responses. I never thought of it as a good thing, I guess, but when you said it may be too small and they are worried they won't get enough, it clicked with somehting the surgeon said too. He did not feel a biopsy was necessary at all and does not consider what he feels as a…

Have you heard of The Wellhouse Center - Dr. Renee Wellhouse
Has anyone heard of this Dr. Renee Wellhouse, ND, PhD. Her Wellhouse Center is located in Windsor, Wisconsin. Have been told by one of her clients (currently under her care for liver problem) that she can get rid of cancer through herbs, internal cleansing, supplements and nutrition. I think she got rid of her own cancer…

Has anybody ever heard of this person or, more importantly, tried her program? Wondering if there's any real cancer patients who its worked for --- or hasn't.

Hello all. I was wondering if anyone has flown during treatment. I would like to fly between the 3rd and 4th AC. I only have 4. I am not going to fly on my low count days. I was just wondering if anyone had experienced weird side effects up there that we aren't experiencing down here. I have 2 good weeks during treatment…

new chemotherapy drug
I just found out that my cancer is back and in full force. I have heard about a clinical trial for a new chemotherapy that attacks only the cancer and not you good cells. Surgery .... gross-o-rama!!! lol
Hi sisters! So, I went to the chest surgeon yesterday ... I will be having that dreaded bone resection on July 10. He gave me some insight into the procedure ... 5-6 inch incision, remove a 4-5 inch piece of the bone, sew me up. They don't replace the removed portion with anything ... seems odd to me but he's the doc ...…

I am a six year survivor of ovarian cancer. I was treated with carboplatin and taxol. My teacher's aide was diagnosed with very aggressive breast cancer and is receiving chemotherapy. One type of chemo she is receiving has the nickname "red devil". She has also been started on taxol which she says is the worse. The problem…

Hi all ..... I have a question ......
Hey sisters! My onc called ... he said my CT scan results came back 'suspicious for malignancy'. He is sending me to a chest surgeon who is going to remove the 'place' from my rib bone to biopsy. Has anyone had this done? If so, can you give me some insight into the procedure and the recovery time. It doesn't sound like…

Ode to my Mother In-law
This day seems rather odd to me. I was just about to phone my exhusband when the phone rang and it was him calling me. He didn't need to say another word for I knew his mother had passed on. She died peacefully with her loved ones by her side. It seems to have happened so quickly but that is just because I was kept in the…
