Off topic...but tomorrow (December 12) will be hard....
It was my daughter, Stephanie's, birthday. It's been almost 4 years since she is gone, but I still miss her. It's true that she had her troubles. She was emotionally disturbed and mentally retarded. But, she had a heart of gold. On a 'good' day, she would always have a smile, and a hug, for all of us. Happy Birthday, my…

Anyone having trouble with bloodshot eyes
My eyes have been bloodshot consistently since after my port was put in and haven't really changed much since. I've done 4 rounds of AC, neo-adjuvant and have 4 rounds of Taxol to go. I've brought this up to the oncologist and he hasn't really offered any concern or explanation. Anyone else have this problem.

Switched from Arimidex to Tamoxifen?
Has anyone been switched from Arimidex to Tamoxifen? I have been on Arimidex for 16 months and have been suffering from severe back, hand and shoulder pain. My oncologist tried me on the other AIs but they were even worse. So now he is considering Tamoxifen. I am wondering if the pain will really get better. Thanks, Scout

I KNOW I'm not going back, but for some reason I'm reluctant to file for disability. It seems so devastating for some reason. Also I had signed up for MetLife disability and was told if I didn't apply until Jan 1st 2011 I would collect an extra $1,000 per month. Of course now when I try to find out anything about it they…
