    My heart is sickened to hear of your news. I'm reminded of that commercial for one of the cancer treatment centers and the lady saying her doctor said: "You don't come with an expiration date." You are not a number nor a statistic but a beautiful person who has fought valiantly and will continue to fight valiantly.

    I'm praying for you for healing, for peace, for encouragement, for strength, for hope. I'm praying for your family that they too would have strength and peace. I'm praying for your doctors that they would have real wisdom and insight into your particular situation and know what is the next best thing to do.

    My heart hurts for you and I know it cannot compare with what you're feeling right now. As has been said ... know that you are surrounded by sisters and brothers in pink who love you, are with you and are praying for you. If any of us could help fight this battle for you, we would.     Heidi so saddened to read your post. Keep fighting and be hopeful, praying that meenas doctor and your doctor can put their heads together to beat this. You are always in my prayers, we love you and admire you! anything you need we eill help you, we are always a presence holding you up!

    Heidi, I too am saddened by your news. Not long ago, I posted about my cancer growing so fast that it was scary! It seems as though that is where you are now. We (my onc and I) decided to make a change in my chemo and switched from Taxotere to Navelbine and immediately the tumors began to shrink again. This includes those in the liver. You must BELIEVE that this can happen for you too.

    You will remain in my thoughts and prayers. God bless. Marsha

    Oh Heidi - I am so sorry you are going through this. It must be so difficult, especially now at this time of the year too. I know you are a strong lady and will fight this beast with every ounce of power you have. I will keep you in my prayers and your doctor's also to come up with a cocktail that will work for you.     my heart goes out to you. I'm at a loss for words and the tears are streaming down my face. I do pray that yours and Meena's drs find some chemo drug to fight this latest cancer beast. Or maybe the treatment that Sally talked about will be an option. I still find it so hard to comprehend how fast our bodies betray us. I can't imagine how hard it is to stay positive or hopeful. I'm praying for you as you face this difficult battle. My candle will be lit.

    Heidi, you have been in my thoughts all day today. I am so sorry. Your oncologist and Meena's, and any other IBC experts can surely find a treatment plan that will work for you and do some blasting on the d____d cancer. MD Anderson also has an IBC center, and I'm sure your onc. is talking to specialists there. So, please keep hoping as I am for you to have better days. I am also praying that you have received medicine that is controlling your pain better.
