The love of my life just died

Please say a little prayer for me today. The man I have loved more than life just died! The ER doc said that he had a heart attack while driving. He was following me to make sure I got to my Look Good Feel Good meeting. I have been thru so much and now this! He has been right by my side ever since I got the DX. Now I just don't know where to turn. Please remember me in your prayers tonight.

    Oh Sweet Sister! I am stunned and shocked, and wish I had the right words to help you through such a heartbreaking turn of events. Of course the prayers, comforting thoughts and hugs of all of your sisters here on the boards surround you. It is at these times that I wish we all lived closer to one another so that we could give actual hugs, and cry and comfort each other.

    I wish you peace; just know that you have many with you to help you grieve and give you whatever you need to sustain you. I am so terribly sorry for this loss.

    My dear friend, my deepest condolences on your loss! I can't even imagine what you must be feeling at this point. I pray that you are lifted up and strengthened as you look ahead to another journey that none of us would ask for but all of us will eventually have to endure. How can we help?

    Sorry for your loss
    I am so sorry to hear that your husband has passed away. I can understand how difficult this time must be for you after being with someone for so long. Had he been having any chest pains or symptoms? Please hold on to God right now and know that He is in control and has called your husband home. I hope you can find peace in knowing that and look to God for your comfort and strength. When we are at the end of ourselves, God is all we have to hope for and hope in. Please trust Him during this time.

    Large prayers coming your way
    I can't imagine what you are going through right now. Know that many will be praying for you and he would want you to stay up with beating and keeping the cancer at bay. Just from the little you wrote he seemed to be a wonderful man. I wish there is something I could say that could take the pain away. Stay strong and take care of yourself.

    Thanks to all of you. It really helps knowing I'm not all alone thru this. You ladies have been there for me answering all my questions and I know you will keep me in your prayers in the next few days. I will post again in a few days. Love to you all.
