    Athens, Alabama!
    Northern Alabama just made it through TORNADOS (April 27, 2011) with damages... We personally has only a small amt of damage... so we feel lucky!

    very happy u r ok its bad out there and i know alot of people lost alot praying for them and u r alive iseen all that devastation and wow u are so lucky to have escaped with only some damage so God is most definitely on your shoulder watching out for u

    New York and it was a hot one today, hit 90 degrees, but mother nature has realized her mistake and tomorrow it will be 78, that is much better.

I don't know if you noticed that the Kindred Spirits from this discussion board are having our 2nd annual luncheon on June 18th at the Yardhouse in Long Beach~ maybe you can make it and meet the sisters!! We had such an amazing time last year when we did this, and we all met for the first time. We only knew each other from the boards, but within minutes we connected in person as if we had hung out at lunch for years!

    Scroll the postings and you will see the topic of 2nd lunch of the So Cal sisters and you can see the details, if it is something you are interested in attending! It's really, really fun!

    Not from NC, but lived there for two yrs!
    Hi Nancy, I lived in NC for two years (Monroe) and I really liked it.
    But hubs job moved us back to AL... which was always home anyway.
    But, I thought NC was a beautiful state!
