    Hi to folks in
    New Mexico ... lived in Silver City for 2 years
    Michigan ... lived in Royal Oak for 3 years
    Ohio ... lived in Mansfield for 5 years
    New York ... lived in Ossining for 3 years
    Louisiana ... lived in Mandeville for 15 years before returning to Indiana. And .. even thought I was raised in Indiana ... my heart will ALWAYS be in Louisiana.

    Nancy if it makes you feel less alone, my son lives in Greensboro and I get up there a couple times a year. I love NC, its beautiful and the people are so kind and friendly. Its a great place to live, but gets too cold for me.

    Did you say Chambersburg, PA? You live really close to me. I was born in Brooklyn, NY. I grew up in Bowie, MD. I lived in Arlington, VA. I now live in the Eastern Panhandle of WV. I'm about 1 1/2 - 2 hrs. outside of Baltimore, MD. I work in Washington, DC.

    I was wondering if we treated at the same facility. I received my chemo in Hagerstown, MD at the John Marsh Cancer Center. Because you're only 30 minutes outside of Hagerstown, I thought you may have treated there too. We were diagnosed at almost the same time last year....

    not the same place
    I had chemo at the Grove Cancer Center (part of Summit Health) and rads the the radiation center behind the hospital. Staying within the Summit system meant all my records were accessible to all the docs through the computer system.
