    I've used zicam and that usually knocks it out pretty good. Hope you're feeling better.

    orange juice!
    Vitamin C seems to help me. We usually drink lots of orange juice and it does the trick!

    Im feeling worst than any chemo sinthoms !
    Arggg 17 month in this crap and not a single cold or flu and now just four days befor start the final treatment and this.....hope to recover in 4 days!

    Sorry you aren't feeling well. Try Echinacea and lots of vitamin C ... and hydrate, hydrate, hydrate. I prefer to go natural if possible so these are some foods that are high in vit. C:
    Sweet red bell peppers , Parsley , Broccoli , Cauliflower , Strawberries , Mustard greens
    Papaya , Grapefruit , Kiwi , Oranges, Cantaloupe ,Cabbage , Tomatoes , Raspberries , Celery , Spinach Pineapple , Watermelon , Tangerines , Limes , Cranberries , Guava , Lemon

    Like Mary said Orange juice is great because you get the C and hydrate. Same with Lemonade drinks. Feel better soon.
