 Sorry you aren't feeling well. Try Echinacea and lots of vitamin C ... and hydrate, hydrate, hydrate. I prefer to go natural if possible so these are some foods that are high in vit. C:
 Sweet red bell peppers , Parsley , Broccoli , Cauliflower , Strawberries , Mustard greens
 Papaya , Grapefruit , Kiwi , Oranges, Cantaloupe ,Cabbage , Tomatoes , Raspberries , Celery , Spinach Pineapple , Watermelon , Tangerines , Limes , Cranberries , Guava , Lemon
 Like Mary said Orange juice is great because you get the C and hydrate. Same with Lemonade drinks. Feel better soon.
