Linda,
I am glad that you got good news. keep in mind that you are on your way to cure and victory and every new test and procedure is a step forward to aching this goal.
How did the port surgery go? Sending positive thoughts to your way.
Happy New Year!
New Flower
Surgeon put the port back in the same place, sort of under the bra strap on the left side, so I was happy about that. First chemo is on Friday. For some reason I bought a horrendous wig yesterday. Dear bf was with me, and gave good feedback but when I got it home I hate it. I absolutely hate it. DBF thinks I might be projecting all my anger at stupid cancer on the wig, and that might be true.
I hate having cancer. I really hate it.
Sorry friends, I don't have my brave face on today.0 -

I just came aboard this post, but I wanted to let you know I am praying and pulling for you. I had a recurrence last year after a 22 year remision (bone mets). Cancer sucks! Even though you are faced with bad news, I detect an inner light and strength in your words and I think you are very, very brave.0 -

Found a very helpful link from Wales about kids' reactons to a parent with cancer and how to deal with them. Hope it helps!
