It's go time! Update in pictures
CA125 = 891 same as when I was first diagnosed almost 2 years ago. Doubled in 9 days!
I am having core needle biopsy under conscious sedation tomorrow. I have been waiting for it for 7 months. Finally!
If it goes ahead successfully and tissue samples are usable, I will qualify for the PARP trial. Big IF.
I was told today by a different doctor that breast biopsy I had in September was inconclusive. She wanted me to repeat it as a lumpectomy.
I refused. If they find breast cancer, it will disqualify me from any ovarian trials.
I started bleeding vaginally today. I bet my girl parts grew back from all CT scan radiation and I will soon develop other super-powers.
Another CT scan on Friday.
Also I am re-doing ECG tomorrow because the last one for some reason showed anterior and interior infarctions and sinus tachycardia.
No food or drink after midnight. Stuffing my face with pizza while I still can.
Thank you for listening. Love you guys.

Thanks again for all your kind words and wishes
Biopsy went well. Three clicks, like a stapler - and done, not painful at all. According to the radiologist tissue samples should be usable.
Repeat ECG was normal.
Vaginal bleeding had nothing to do with cancer, but rather with some fissures and misguided enthusiasm. Bad Alexandra!
Had urine test to rule out UTI and stocked up on lubes.
Afterwards we went out for sushi and ice-cream.

I miss logging in for one night and all Hhhh breaks loose!
Well, even though I didn't know until it was over, I am happy they think the samples are good. You have to get I to treatment!!
Hope you enjoyed the sushi!
