Okay...more bad news...
I am soooooooo sick of this! No pun intended......I thought I was digging deep for strength and courage 6 weeks ago...whew! This has thrown me for a loop! But at least I won't feel like crap like I have since the last chemo 3 weeks ago...glass half full? And my poor one usable vein will get a rest...
As devastating as this is for me, my heart is breaking for my husband, kids and grands....my kids will be oaky...they have kids and all lead very busy lives...it's my husband.....we were high school sweethearts..we were 16 when we met..married at 18....and they said it wouldn't last..we just celebrated 42 years of marriage...I couldn't have asked for a better soul mate....
Okay, I feel a pity party coming on so I'll run for now....
Sending my prayers for all of who are battling this most hateful beast...
Hugs,
Nancy

Nancy, I am so sorry to hear
Nancy, I am so sorry to hear about your news. That is so unfair! I hate this sh***y disease. I wish I could come through this MB and give you a hug and make it better. I think you are amazingly brave and unselfish--always thinking of your family first. There is a reason why your marriage has lasted so long and I bet it is in large part because you are so incredible. PM me if there is anything I can do. (((Hugs))), Eileen0 -
Wow - sorry to hear your
Wow - sorry to hear your news. What a stinky Monday this is.
Rest your body and we will pray the radiation will do its job.

You are such an example
of a true fighter! I always look forward to your posts, being that I too am a triple negative. Your attitude has more than once, brightened my day. And now that I am going back for a recall mammo/ultra sound and another blood test, as I start to give in to gloom and doom, I think of how brave you are!
My prayers are with you.
Big hugs,
JoAnn0 -

Nancy,
I don't think this is a pity party. It is hard to get this type of news and not feel shaken to your core. I feel the same way about my family. My daughter is married and has her children but my Den and I have been together for over 37 years. We are linked at the heart and soul. I hope that the rads will offer relief and that they will come up with any weapon to fight this. My prayers and my heart are there for you. Weep, rant, whatever works and then fight on.

Nancy,
I have to say I admire your "cup half full" attitude. You're such an inpiration. So sorry the trials aren't working, but praying the rads will take care of this "crappy crap" as I call it.
Congrats on 42 years - awesome and such an accomplishment. Wish I could say the same for me, married at 16 - only managed to lasted 18 years.
Lots of prayers and big hugs,

So terribly sorry to hear this, Nancy
I was hoping and praying that you were turning the corner in the GOOD direction. At least your medical team is on the ball and taking swift action to manage what's going on. By the time they have the clavicle node zapped into submission there will probably be something new in the arsenal... hopefully, something that will do the job. God bless you and all your family and your caregivers as you enter this new round of the fight!

Oh Nancy... my heart aches. This has not been a good Monday on the Pinks board. You have taught me so much and I know you will be just fine. You are one graceful and very classy lady to which I admire so much. I know your attitude will give you strength after you have time to process all this new information. I know you know we are all here surrounding you in love and prayer.
Hugs,
