full plate over the next few weeks. UPDATE!!!!!!!!!!!
I have a scan on 10/7.
I fly to Houston on 10/9.
See Dr. Suddiah about clinical trials at MD Anderson on 10/10.
See dr. Valez -Sanchez a gi specialist at MD Anderson on 10/13.
Get results back from genomic testing done in Mass. On 10/14.
See Dr. Conrad a radical liver surgeon at MD Anderson on 10/15.
I appealed to the state for SBRT.
I will set an appointment with Dr. Fred Moeslein in Baltimore about Nanoknife towards the end of the month.
Lots to think about after all of that. Gotta keep fighting. Best scenario is that the scan shows significant shrinkage on the liver tumor from y90.

Busy
Sounds like you are going to be very busy. You are fortunate though that you can get all this accomplished within a short amount of time. It's too hard on someone when they are waiting weeks in between appointments. Good luck with your scan. Praying that it shows improvement. Keep taking deep breaths to get you through all this. Looks very overwhelming schedule so I'm wishing all of it goes well for you.

I have 3 days in between appointments to vacation a little. I am thinking about renting a mountain bike one day and a Harley on another day.

I just found out that Dr.
I just found out that Dr. Choti a reknowned liver surgeon that I met at a conference from Johns Hopkins is now at UT Southwestern in Dallas. I am taking a long shot here but I have requested an appointment for him while I am in Houston. We'll see what happens.

Hi. I saw Dr. Choti at JHU last year. He looked at my scans and met with me but did not want to operate on my liver. He was really nice, though, and was highly recommended. Hope you have success.

My oncologist told me he got
My oncologist told me he got the results from the Genomic test that Foundation One did today, about two week early. He said it is over 30 pages long and there are some interesting findings. The test analyizes a sample from a tumor and tests for ALL known genetic mutations in ALL solid tumors.
