    I had a problem like that when I was trying to load my duaghter's photo on "My Expressions". It was because the photo sizing was too large. I didn't know how to fix it & got help from another friend on the Colon forum. John is our expert here, so maybe he has suggestions. My friend gave me this free website for resizing for future reference. I have not used it.    http://www.picresize.com/
