Anyhow I'm in the north and must get Laos so thousands of Kilometers, roads here not western standards so it's going to take me a while!
I'm sure you will be capable to catch me in a few days ! LOL.
Also monsoon time so paths does not exist any more! ( what an imagination I have ,lol).
Take care see you soon!
I got thousands of miles of china in front of me so keep walking the whole night!
What about you Pete! Remember we must achieve the record of posts in those thread, my goal: 1000 post! that's what I think it's going to take me to turn around the world!.
Hugs mates!0 -

good morning imaginers,
got a good nights sleep.
woke at 7am and walked for an hour
it was a lovelly morning here.
walking carefully though with bottom troubles.
have decided tomorrow will swim to new zealand south island and start the famous milford track.
1000 posts is great, and the lap around the planet sounds fun.
hugs,

Age? LOL.
we met some friends down at cronulla beach and did an hours walk with my kids and our dogs and scooters. then we had a mexican dinner again which was great. I am still exercising but probably need to raise the intensity to get the benefit suggested in the studies.
did anyone get a walk or exercise in today pepe or anyone else ?
from my recent dabbling science it seems the benefit of exercise for reducing colorectal recurrence risk maybe lowering levels of igf.
regards,
Pete0 -

Hi Pete and all,
I know I am the caregiver but I need to stay healthy. So, today I did stand up paddling about 2 miles. Out to the island and back. It was great to be out!!!
Hope you all got moving. Each one of you is amazing.
**** jogged 4 miles and then went to the gym. (He unhooked from the pump #37 on Thursday) He swears he feels sooooooo much better after he works out.
Aloha,
Kathleen0 -

dear kathleen and ****
i have edited the title to include paddling and jogging.
i don't want to leave **** out.
awesome. And **** is pretty impressive with the 4 mile jog.
I wonder what we have started here, gee I may never be able to get out of exercise again.
exercise does not come naturally to me, so the supporters of this post help me to
get off my couch.
thanks,

Thanks Pete
Thanks for adding our sports. Today **** did a 1.5 hour hike in the hills behind our house with our dog. I, on the other hand did nothing. (Not exactly nothing, I had to give our daughter one of her infusions.)
Thinking of you.
Keep moving.

i did a good walk with dogs this morning and had a lovelly breakfast of fruit salad and sated mushrooms and tomatoe at this cafe about an hours walk away with a sexy blonde.
She turned out to be my wife. It bucked down rain and we enjoyed our time alone under this big umbrella. It was very nice.
The walk is from my house, over a bridge, across a big park.
