My sister-in-law has been diagnosed with cancer. She is 53 years old. It is Stage IV NSCLC Adenocarnioma. She had the genetic mutation ALK. She started on Xalkori last Thursday. I am looking for resources if any on the ALK genetic mutation. We have searched online and at a few local resources. Just wondering if anyone else on here has any suggestions or resources they could suggest? Thank you, Keri |

your sister-in-law
Hi Keri,
I'm sorry to say I know nothing about the type of cancer your sister-in-law has. Good luck to you and your family!

There are many ALK patients
There are many ALK patients on the boards at inspire.com also at LUNGevity.org. If you are on FB there is a private ALK group. I send hope that this works for a very long time.
