Saundra's chemo cancelled
She dearly loves her fellow cancer warriors, and misses contact with you all. We both have known since she was diagnosed Stage IV in March 2007 that this time would come. Her spirit is strong, her mind is fairly clear, her pain is intermittent (says it's like labor pains), and she has a strong faith in God.
It hurts to see her in pain. God bless each of your and those who care for you.

Hello
I am so sorry to hear this news. I don't really "know' Saundra, having moseyed over from the uterine cancer board. But I have read some of her posts and I can tell that she is a great lady, brave, caring, generous. The women here seem to have the utmost love and respect for her. Our thoughts and prayers are with her and her family and friends at this difficult time.0 -

I am so sorry you are in pain. I am so sad to hear about the hospice option. I know you were a daily visitor on here and have noticed your decreased input lately. Your kindness and advice is missed!!!! Stay strong Saundra!
XOXOXO
So sorry to hear this. I don't really know you but have read your insightful and thoughtful posts in the past and wish you all the best. You are missed even by those who only got to share your wisdom in words.

Dear Saundra and Joe! I am so sorry for your pain and hurts. So beautiful lady have to go through so much. Love and hugs, Zina and Fred.
My prayers are with Saundra and her loved ones.
ARGH! I HATE cancer SO MUCH! Teresa, Linda Dorian, Bonnie,...too much loss already here this year! We're just not ready to lose Saundra too! I pray that she surprises everyone and recovers. It's selfish of me, as Saundra may be very ready to lay this burden down. (sigh)
I am deeply saddened for all who will share this loss. ((((Hugs)))) to each of you.0 -
My thoughts and
prayers are with Saundra and her family. I pray for a miracle for her and the rest of us who live with this disease each day. May God plant a seed in the brain of one researcher who will discover a cure. Thank you, Saundra for your valiant fight.

I am so sorry that you have to go through this. This is a terrible disease and you have always been a champion to everyone on this board.
You and my mother share the same name and it saddens me a great deal that this has happened to both of you.
God bless you.
I do not have words to express how beyond sad I am right now. Saundra has been such a mentor to us all, an example of perfect strength and courage that we can only hope to emulate.
God help us all.

Saundra & Joe
I just logged on and saw your post. I just don't like any of this. I HATE cancer. I hate what it does to wonderful people, families, friends and all those that come into contact with us.
Saundra I want you to know that you have been such an inspiration to me. I would tell you to keep up the fight but I am not in your shoes. I remember someone on here saying.... it is not over until we say it's over. Saundra I know you will do what is best for you.
Bless you Saundra and your husband Joe.

I am fairly new to this site
I am fairly new to this site but I had the chance to read several of Saundra's posts prior to her hospitalization. Her posts are positive and upbeat. Her profile underscores her spunk and spirit. I love her picture. She just radiates a warmth and charm that makes me want to sit down with her and spend an afternoon just chatting.0 -

Saundra
Saundra,
I have a big lump in my throat and tears as I read this update from Joe. I truly am going to miss you on this board as much as I miss Bonnie.
I know that you know that you know where you will be going and that one day we three will be together (and more) and meet face to face. How glorious will that be? ☺
I pray your pain level stays low and your days are peaceful. And Joe you are a wonderful caring husband. I read these posts to my husband and he feels your hurts, too.
God Bless your family and your time together.
Living for Eternity,

TO DEAR SAUNDRA & JOE
There are no words to fully express my sadness as I read your post, Joe. No one is ever truly prepared to endure days such as these. But to know that Saundra's faith is seeing her through the pain and days ahead brings comfort.
To both of you, may the Lord give you strength, hope and peace. Please give my love to Saundra, and thank her for being a neverending source of inspiration and help in our time of need. Now, we are here for her, sending prayers and hugs. And, to you as well, Joe.
God Bless you both.

I am so sorry to hear that you're in such pain. It was just a few weeks ago that you were so unselflessly offering help to all of us here. I miss your posts and your wise and gentle advice. I hope you are resting easily with your wonderful, loving Joe nearby.
I hate this disease.
Sending hugs to you both

You are an inspiration to alot of people. People you know and others like myself who come to this board everyday but post very little.
We gather strength from one another, and forever you shall remain.0 -
