Twitchy Lips
It goes nicely with the neck cramps.
Does any one else have this, and what makes it go away?
Thanks

Ha. No twitchy lips yet...
I did get a shaky lower jaw today. Got my first post-radiation dental scaling and cleaning today. I was unsure about my gumline along the back molars, on both sides of my upper jaw. Gumline is sore and has receded somewhat, away from the roots of my crowned back molars. I was afraid the scaling was going to be really painful, so I asked the hygenist to apply a topical numbing product to it first. Worked like a charm. No pain at all, but I was so tense that my lower jaw was all shaky.

My lip hasn't started twitching but my right Eye has. I feel like igor ha ha. I guess it's just another side effect to mark down on the list of many get xxxx0 -
yes for my husband
Jim's lips do twitch and he didn't have that pre-treatment. I don't know what could cause it other than some disturbed nerves in that area.
Not really obvious to anyone but me.0 -

Do you pronounce that "eye"-gor? Sorry. Young Frankenstein... Must be Halloween sneaking up on me.

Trigeminal nerve
Look it up. I am getting an MRI today to validate scar tissue affecting the trigeminal nerve. Causes the tension in the neck, numbness to the jaw (in my case, there are actually three nerves that can be affected), tongue and lips.
My ENT wants to try steroid injections to see if that will help. I will keep you posted.

Twitchy Lips ~ Song or Musical Group
You might be able to include this within the long list of symptoms that we are considering as song titles or a musical group name.....
Group Name = "The Twitchy Lips"
Song = "Everytime that I see you, I get Twitchy Lips"

Nerve damage, I have it on the left side of my face and lips, also the left ear at times. I also get numbness in my tongue it starts on the left side and hurts like hell.
For some reason, every time I read twitchy lips I get the image of Clint Eastwood saying, "go ahead, make my day.".
My lip doesn't twitch but under it does. Down by my jawline where my tumor was attached to my jaw. It's annoying. The other thing I notice is that side is getting more droopy. Boo. Also I am getting a weird dimple in my chin I never had. Don't like. The twitching on my left side insnt that bad. I get really bad eye twitches when stressed. I mean bad. The last year I was managing McDs it was unbearable.0
