Thanks EverybodyGatorDad said:Good Grief #2
JR,
Get a new Uro. There are some real quacks out there, and it sounds like you got one... Therapy is a *must*.
cheers & beers,
Chris
Thanks everybody for your advice. I intend to check out another Uro for second opinion. I gladly can report that incontinence is improving some over the last 2-3 weeks. I'm just thankful that I am able to wear my Hanes briefs with pads now and not the Depends diapers with pads. Those paper diapers really make you sweat down there.

Insurance updategriff 1 said:the pump
does anybody know if your insurance will pay for the pump or is it up to us? cialis for me and nothing although its been only a month and 5 days since my surgery. thanks and goodluck griff
Just a follow-up.
Today they posted that my claim was out-of-network, so hits the huge deductible I did not meet - have been good about staying in-network for everything.
Got on the phone with them, with the exception letter in hand. It took about a half hour, but with all the proper paperwork in hand, and a couple of transfers to supervisors, they re-evaluated it, and changed it to in-network (i.e. they paid all but the shipping, since the in-network deductible was met early in the year).
The lesson is - keep copies of everything, with dates and times and names of people you talked to, and have them at hand when you call in.
Come to think of it, that is the standard advice for anything insurance-related.
Today, I win. Tomorrow, well, I guess we'll see tomorrow.0
