What meds do you take for depression? I am cry at anything and having negative thoughts...HELP!!!!

    Nobody can stay positive forever, but keep in mind that there is a ying and yang to everything, so for every tear filled day you spend now, there will be a bright sunny day that nothing can go wrong in. Those days might not come tomorrow or next week, but they will come, and they will make you feel warm inside, and like you have the strength to finish this.
