    It all happens so fast . . .
    I can't believe how fast everything happens and how fast your world turns upside down (at least mine did)! Please know that you have my support & prayers. I hope that you have a team that helps you through it all - I was blessed to have a wonderful nurse coordinator & doctors - it made a world of difference for me - not that I wasn't beside myself through it all - (and still am to a degree) - but at least I knew I had a great team on my side. (I had 2 surgeries in Feb, radiation April - May, and am now starting on Arimidex.)

    Wrong Line
    I know the feeling. I just told myself I had gotten in the wrong line of life and didn't have time for this. I kept telling myself I didn't have time because I had a life, a husband, pets, a good job with responsibilites I couldn't let go of. I did one thing I thought I could never do, I decided that my cancer team knew what they were doing and gave my control of self a vacation. Hang in there, keep laughing, take it all one day at a time, this group here will keep your spirts up and send many prayers in your direction.

    Boy you're not a kiddin'
    It's like what the hell is happening to me....... one minute you're fine and the next you're entire life is thrown into this nightmare.

    But you know what, eventually you get to the point where you accept what is happening and you kick into survivor mode and you give it all you can to stay alive whether this is what you had planned or not.

    My prayers are with you all, Love Ronda

    let me be
    one more person supporting you!! It all blew me away. I sat in the oncologist's office and couldn't believe I had an oncologist. Now I have two: medical and radiation. Sometimes I laid there during radiation and it just felt surreal.

    I survived as will you:) We're all right here.

    Caught early
    I'm so glad your cancer was caught early! That is a good thing in this bad situation. I'm done with chemo after bilateral mastectomy, and I am happy to report that I got through it, and treatment is do-able. There is light at the end of this tunnel, even though it's hard to see now. Post often and we will support you!

    Thoughts & prayers
    My thoughts & prayers are with you and your family. I found that a positive attitude and lots of support from family & friends, helped me tremendously. Yes, I still had my days, but after my initial meltdown, it does get better. Hang in there.
