It took awhile before someone explained this to me when I first came on. I had no idea who NED was. Thanks Ritzy!
And now I know, and sure hope I get there soon!0 -

When I had my first post-treatment mammogram in April, the radiologist who came to give me the good news used the phrase, "No Evidence of Recurrent Tumor," so NERT.
So...[sigh]...while many of you have waltzed with the suave, handsome Ned, I got to do the hokey-pokey with some short geeky guy named Nert....

Let's face it... everybody on this site wants NED in their life. Girls, boys, black, white, brown, purple, young, old, gay, straight, rich, poor, liberal, conservative, Christian, Jewish, Muslim, atheist, whatever. Whatever else we *don't* have in common, we are all crazy about NED. And once he shows up, we'll do whatever it takes to keep him around! Our dear friend and veterinarian is undergoing chemo right now for a metastatic cancer of unknown origin - and believe you me, the Moopster and I are wishing HIM a nice long relationship with NED!0 -

Since I see several NED postings, I thought I would bump this up to explain it to those that might not know who NED is.0
