    I adore Patti and she and I came on board just about the same time and hit it off very nicely. Lately, I know she has not been well, so I have been keeping my distance when I should have been saying hello and how are you?

    Then logged on to check things out and saw these posts - I'm just sick about it all, just don't understand how she could have had a stroke. Definitely thinking of you all and will be praying for recovery.

    She has talked to me often about you in the past - it's nice to meet you, but I was hoping it would be under different circumstances. You're a good brother hanging by her right now - and for her husband, Chuck, not leaving her side - your family means so much to her and having you all there, I'm sure is a tremendous comfort to her.

    I can't begin to imagine what she feels like - I am glad she is responsive and can at least signal a yes or no and is congnizant.

    When you get the chance, please tell her that her "Kindred Spirit" says get better and is thinking about her.

    I'm sad, Jeff, real sad...what a tough lady - and a sweethearat too! We all think the world of her.

    Jeff, Patti always offers
    Jeff, Patti always offers encouragement, support and information to those of us on the board. She was one of the first to welcome me here and I'm sure I'm not alone in that. Please pass along all our thoughts and prayers and hopes for her full recovery. We are thinking of her.
