Please whisper to Patti that we are all thinking of her during this most difficult time. Patti is a fighter. I remember a few of her posts where her concern was for her husband and children during her fight against cancer. I am so sorry for this latest set back.
Take care and please keep us informed. We are all family here although we have never met and that includes you.
Please tell Patti and her family that everyone on this board is offering prayers, good thoughts, healing thoughts their way.
Take care - Tina0 -

Thanks for coming to post. I knew more but wanted to know how much to say. I know Patti is a private person. I was going to add that they think this is from a blockage or clot and is not brain mets.
Just last night I was looking at pictures of her and the family just weeks before she was dx'd. I was awake til after 2:00 thinking about her. I'm just numb.
Please keep her updated and be sure to update on P4P so everyone can be praying. So many people think the world of her..... and what precious children....

Hi Jeff - You're a Good Brother
Jeff
I adore Patti and she and I came on board just about the same time and hit it off very nicely. Lately, I know she has not been well, so I have been keeping my distance when I should have been saying hello and how are you?
This may not sound like the truth - but about 20 minutes ago as I was coming to work, I thought of Patti and was going to send her a PM - was even going over what I would say to her...true story.
Then logged on to check things out and saw these posts - I'm just sick about it all, just don't understand how she could have had a stroke. Definitely thinking of you all and will be praying for recovery.
She has talked to me often about you in the past - it's nice to meet you, but I was hoping it would be under different circumstances. You're a good brother hanging by her right now - and for her husband, Chuck, not leaving her side - your family means so much to her and having you all there, I'm sure is a tremendous comfort to her.
I can't begin to imagine what she feels like - I am glad she is responsive and can at least signal a yes or no and is congnizant.
When you get the chance, please tell her that her "Kindred Spirit" says get better and is thinking about her.
I'm sad, Jeff, real sad...what a tough lady - and a sweethearat too! We all think the world of her.

To meet you Jeff. I had been wanting to talk about Sir Spheres with her, and just haven't had the chance too, since she hasn't been well, because I may be getting this done.
I am in shock at this, I don't know what could have led to a stroke! How sad, I really hope she does get over this soon, and comes back to us. We love her, and send her our friendly Hugssss!

Praying today
Praying for your sister and so many others. Seems there are many needs this morning, so many going through so much!. Hope they can find the cause but most of all hope she has the side effects from the stroke for only a short time and all will return to normal for her. Sometimes this happens with those who have had a stroke. Keep the faith....stay strong. Blessings.0 -

Send her our best
Very devastating news but I think she'll end up being okay. Tell her that she has the whole board thinking of her.
