    Like other "old timers" of this board ... I've been concerned about you ... and am glad to hear that the only reason you are "involved" with the jerk now is strictly financial. You are and always will be w-a-y too good for him. I've been wondering how you and the guppies are doing. Will your son be with you for the holidays?

    Just keep thinking of that guy in the Corvette this summer ... because that's the kind of guy you deserve. Someone who treats you like the wonderful person you are.

    Well, I've applied and it's all I can do. I turned in my app. this morning and have been just waiting for the weekend ever since. That is a LOAD off my mind. I think I feel like spicy Thai food tonight. Simon is a bit sick so we will probably take it easy. I stressed myself into some kind of viral infection of the throat, which is now completely gone, but now the old hubby has it. Geez. Hope you all have a wonderful weekend. I do plan on starting my "Roll Calls" again soon.

    Tasha, I'm glad you cleared up the confusion. I thought you were in an abusive relationship like I had been years ago. Glad you know a loser when you see one. I hope I didn't offend you in any way. I do know from my experience that its hard to let go. Hope the day comes when you don't have to deal with this one anymore. I always think of you as being very strong. Hope you feel better soon.
