a grandmother again

my daughter had a baby boy last night , 10 lbs 5 oz , she didnt want me there , because she was worried about me having no inmune system, so i thought she had eneough to worry without me, but it was hard staying home.another thing why chemo sucks,but then i didnt have to see her in pain, i was with her when she had my grandaughter( in picture) and it was a awesome thing.glad its the 5th day after chemo,so i have some strength to go and help her. when she comes home.cant wait..lol

    Congratulations to your daughter how wonderful, and HAPPY BIRTHDAY to your newest grandchild. I totally agree...we want pictures nothing warms the heart like a new born. So happy for all of you, I do love grand children!

    thats great news glad everything went good!!! CONGRADS to you granny its a wonderful feeling not only for your kids born but those grandkids are great too!! i am a grandmother of 2 boys dont get to see them much but love it when i do. so hang in there and you will be able to enjoy them when you feel up to it!!!

    This new baby couldn't have come at a better time. Just thinking of my grandson helped get me through all the worst times. I'm sure this little guy and that sweet little girl will help you through, too!

    Skeets, what a whopper your new grandson is. I was at the birth of my grandson last year and its such a miracle to see that new little life finally get here. He was only 5 lbs, 10 ozs but he came into the world screaming and hungry. He's now 22 lbs, walking and jabbering, more precious than anything. I know you can't wait to get him into your arms. Bet he's as beautiful as your little granddaughter. Congratulations to all of you.
