Hi dear Winnie, you will be fine.My hubby had radiation and chemo,he went through it ok.The oncologist told hubby that this was going to be a piece of cake,so don't worry about it too much, then you will get through it.You are in my prayers and I hope you will get through the whole treatment with no side effects or very minimum.Best luck to you with the treatment.Take care.Hugsss.0 -
I like your statement
working the cancer, so the cancer can't work you. It's like that old TV commercial, I have cancer, cancer does not have me.
It boils down to mind set; how you focus, view and think of your life and the new journey you are facing.
Like I say, take one step at a time and you will be amazed just how far you really get.0 -

You're right, you work it girl!! I hope the radiation doesn't get too bad on you, and glad it wasn't so bad so far. I have never had it before, it scares me. Nudgie, I believe that as well, focus and mindset are very important in this fight, this is one hell of a journey, who knows what's going to come up next, so always be prepared
