Too young to have Bladder Cancer
Well that is my story. If there is anyone else who is close to my age I would be surprised and love to hear from you. And if anyone else has a recommendation for me please share. I would love to see what else other people have to say. Thanks for reading

Stop! You are two young to have this. What kind of bladder cancer do you have? TCC, RCC, or what? You did not say where you were going for treatments. You need to go to a MAJOR CANCER CLINIC. Sloan Kettering in Boston, M D Anderson in TX or Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN. It is your life and not all clinics are the same.0

I have stopped the treatments which I was getting at my uroligist office and sought a second oponion and am awaiting the return of the pathology from John Hopkins in NYC and I am going to see a specialist at Sloan in NYC this winter when I finish for the semesterAuthorUnknown said:Stop! I highly suggest you go before or during the semester. Time is everything.Reic1900 said:I have stopped the treatments which I was getting at my uroligist office and sought a second oponion and am awaiting the return of the pathology from John Hopkins in NYC and I am going to see a specialist at Sloan in NYC this winter when I finish for the semester

hey jeff, i'm 21 and was diagnosed back in January as having a high grade papillary urothelial carcinoma. since then i've been one hell of a worrywart. on my last blood work i turned up iron deficient and now will need a colonoscopy to rule out colorectal cancer.....i'm highly worried about metastasis, scares the crap out of me. anywho, feel free to email me or whatnot. I certainly understand the anxiety of being at the beginning of life and having to deal with the threat of death.0

I'm 18 and I have bladder cancer too!
Hi Jeff,
This is definitely not something that younger people get, but you're not alone. I'm 18 years old and I was just diagnosed with bladder cancer last month. Spent a lot of time being told it was kidney stones until an ultrasound was finally ordered. I had surgery to have the tumor removed, now I have appointments every 4 months to check if it's coming back. All the doctors and nurses told me how obscure it was too - we're just that 0.01%. Figures, huh?0
