Regarding your stage and grade. While I understand Stage lC, could you say if its uterine papillary serous, clear cell or the usual aden something or another. I think you mean clear cell grade 2, but am not sure.

Where in New Jersey? and do you have the wonderful accent that just brings tears to my eyes whenever I hear it. I lived in Leonia and then on the Island as well as a peach farm in New Jersey.

Second opinion sounds like an absolute necessity.

    Good Luck and love,

    Second Opinion
    Hi Claudia:
I grew up in Pequannock, NJ which is northern NJ about 45 minutes from New York City. During college I went to Springfield, MA and got married and came back to NJ. We lived in Sussex County for a long time. For those who don't know much about NJ, it not just cities but has a lot of farming areas. Once the kids graduated, we came down to Florida for the sunshine. I still have my NJ accent with a touche of southern. A few words will always be NJ such as water.

As far as Grade 2, I'm being told that it's not mixed or clear cell but Endometrial Endometrioid Adenocarcinoma. My first path report was Grade 3, Endometrial Adenocarcinoma, mixed serous and endometriod type. The gyn/onc said prior to the surgery that sometimes the first pathology report (during the D&C) is not always correct. He did think mine was a Grade 3 and was surprised that it came back a Grade 2. Has anyone else had this happen?

I'm in the process of going to a cancer center in Orlando, FL.
