Parliamentarian?!?!?Moopy23 said:Aortus Beat Me to it
Hummph. That hubby of mine submitted all 3 of our dogs before I could. But....
Congratulations, Madam Secretary! We are honored to have you as O.S., DSC.
p.s. You ARE awfully good at this. Were you a Parliamentarian in your early life??
Thank you, dear Moopster, for the congratulations and the compliment. However, I am absolutely nothing without our Esteemed Leader - J. (Am sucking up to the boss, can you tell?)
Darn that meddling husband of yours. Go ahead, YOU can post your canine pack, too. Won't matter, no such thing as double membership in PODS. And if he gives you grief - tell him you have MY permission, as the Official Secretary. And if he gives ME grief - I'll get my boss, J, to back me up.
(Warning to Joe: Don't rile J, because - reminder - she's the caretaker of all those Aortus guppies. Can you say "ransom"?)
Kind regards, Susan

I have two cat's a longed female tabby who thinks she's a princess but for some reason we all call "Chucky" and a big ball of fluff male that we call "Toby". Both are just over a year old.
For the most part they are indoor/outdoor cat's, except for at night when my princess is posted next to me.
I don't know what I'd do without her quiet love.0 -

I have 2 indoor cats, Cocoa and Cricket. They were feral kittens born in our yard. We also had their mom, Lion, until a few weeks ago. I think I told you that she brought the kittens out 9 years ago just as I was ending cancer treatment for the first time and passed aways just after I finished this cancer treatment. And outside there are 3 new feral kittens and their mom and brother (he was born 7 months ago). We are trying to catch them but they are very clever. And they in turn attract every male in the neighborhood. We name them all. So here goes, Mama Cat, Totoro, Phantom, Smoke and Eli. The male visitors are Long Tail, Weasel, Little Gray, Dingy More, and Midnight. We have had feral mom cats come into our yard (different ones every time) for the past 9 years. At one time there were 3 moms with 3 kittens each. I have caught over 30 cats and kittens. And I always go around and ask the neighbors if the mom's are there. Of course, they say yes, but they truly are feral. Wild, Spitting, hissing cats. Our Lion must have been a pet because she was always a sweet heart. Her boys are good, but crazy for that are definitely PODS.
Maybe my outdoor ferals are really guppies and that is why there are so many.

I resisted and resisted because I knew it would take me forever
to type. We have a horse - SeeSaw, the calmest mare in the universe; a fast turtle, Bridget; tropical fish (tntc- too numerous to count); a black lab, Shadow (old and wise), a yellow lab who is a slapstick, break your heart, rock stealing, crocodile headed, 130 pounder , Bruiser; and his sidekick, Thumbelina the cat (she has an extra toe and is tiny) even though they actually hate each other. The birds are all outside like Debi says: calliope and rufous hummingbirds and lots of different finches including grosbeaks that I find hilarious. Oh, and my son has two blue bellied lizards (new as of last week.)Ok. Daft sod. So there, my friends.0 -

Oh Esteemed Leader, please accept for consideration into the PODS Pets one very strange and loving cat.
Her name is Ms. Sadie Fuzzbutt. She is a 2 year old torbie (tortoise/tabby mix). I am trying to figure out how to change my picture to hers. Chemo brain - can't figure computers out yet. Anyway - she sleeps on her back, hanging off the couch, chair or me. In bed she hugs my arm and pulls it back when the alarm goes off in the morning. She is an indoor cat and loves to run from window to window. My Sadie (the lovely lady) chases squirrls from the deck (they have face to face confrontations at the glass), hangs over my shoulder like an old fashioned mink stole (the ones with the heads and tails - ugh) and has the softest quietest voice. She loves to sit and stare at you, for no reason. She uses 2 litter boxes, one only for #1 and one only for #2. She pulls pens out of my hand and carries them into another room. She appears to have narcolepsy. Scratch her hip and she falls over and goes into a trance. She also has selective deafness. I will post her picture on my expressions page.
Please accept her as a Daft Pet (which she sure is)0
