The term 'housewife' is outtasha_111 said:Oh!~
Cats........No!......It went as curly as hell and everyone thinks it looks great (Well everyone except me) I didn't choose short.
Susan.........No Guppie recipes? What sort of a housewife are you?
I do agree with bugger the rules though. I'll try white. Then mix the Grape and the Grain and fall over.......No Problem.....

The term 'housewife' is out now. Supposed to say 'homemaker'. They make you put that on your taxes as occupation. One year I put 'housewife' and the accountant changed it. Sorry got that wrong, I put 'unemployed' and he didn't like that. Well, I was. I just wasn't looking for work.0 -

We really should get paid lots of money for the work we do!

Congrats on your hair Tasha! EW, a recipe for guppies? YUCK! lol
The secret to every recipe is butter. Guppies are bound to go well butter. my suggestion: Saute in butter until tender. They probably go well with a good glass of pond water too.0 -
Horray for that real hair
Horray for that real hair brush! I can't wait for the pictures. You better put them up, miss J.
As for wines, I am ignorant about them, but my husband is a wine snob. For years, I would embarrass him at nice restaurants by ordering a "white zin." So low class in his opinion. Ha ha.0 -

I have plenty of pond water for you, and if you run out of guppies, I will give you my mosquito fish!

Congrats!

I'd say give the guppies anything they'll drink!
As for the hairbrush, my hair has come in WWAAYY curlier than I've ever had (which was no curl at all), and I use those neuropathic things on the end of my hands to straighten out the "locks" , Takes about 3 seconds. I'm thrilled that I have enough hair now to feel the wind whipping around something other than just my scalp!0 -

ok, so what happens if you start out with natually curly hair...does it go straight ...or should I expect a Macy Gray blond afro post chemo?0 -

... but, honestly, no one can predict what your hair will be like when it returns post chemo. Different color and/or different texture is possible. The only guarantee is that it WILL return! Actually, I guess I'm "odd man out" on this thread. I got back the EXACT same hair I had.
Kind regards, Susan0 -

Fried guppies? Yuck, I think you need to drink a lot of wine first.
congrats on the hair, I am jealous. I can't wait to need a brush. I am almost 3 mo. post chemo and have maybe 1/8 inch or less of hair.0 -
