40 lbs is a lot of weight to lose. Mine remained stable throughout and I ate junk food, slept and never exercised. It was probably within 6-8 mos on Tam that I put the weight on. Of course I was also eating healthier and exercising more. Geeesh!!! I swear, I have NO metabolism whatsoever LOL
junk food if it had tasted good! Even Taco Bell(my favorite!!) was way too salty! Fish tasted good-Subway's tuna fish subs-yummo!
The only things that really tasted good for me were bland things(noodles with butter and just a little garlic,vanilla yogurt with frozen blueberries). A woman from my church even made my husband and I one of her great chocolate cakes and I couldn't enjoy it at the time-too salty,believe it or not!
Losing my hair was one thing,my taste buds being fried was the worst!0
