This has NOTHING to do with Cancer!!!!!
Reggie had something to "ask me"..but he decided to wait until he saw me ( I was out of town visiting my brother...you remember, my "date" with Joyce happened that week!) Turns out, what he wanted to ask me was if I knew my ring size, as he was in a jewelry store! But during the conversation, he changed his mind, and decided to just take me with him so WE could find what I wanted!!
Whooo-deeee whoooo!!! We found a gorgeous ring, and he put it on my finger, and said he loved me~ all the right things!
So, lest you ask if we have set a date, the answer is NO. But hey, this step took us 7 years to reach, so I am a patient woman!
I keep telling you there is Life After Cancer, don't I?????

He is a great guy; we had only been dating about 9 months when I got cancer, and he stayed with me~ I am very lucky, indeed. Didn't you post you had gotten divorced after 21 years? I had just finalized a 27 yr marriage when I met Reggie, so I understood just what you were talking about. Perhaps that is why I am not in a hurry...things are good exactly where they are!

Your guy sounds wonderful, I am glad you found each other. Oh by the way, I would offer you my wedding photo but we kinda eloped and I am wearing jeans and a t-shirt somehow I see you much as more glamorous than that!

You must have me confused with some person with class and style~ I was thinking of having the checkers at our favorite supermarket clear the aisles of shopping carts, and Reggie and I could immediately toast our wedding after saying "I Do" in the wine section! LOL I promise to wear make- up and take the rollers out of my hair BEFORE I get to the store though!
