Reconstruction Surgery Scheduled for Friday

Hello To My Breast Cancer Posse,

I am having the expander put in on Friday at 8:45 a.m., prayers and happy thoughts are appreciated. I am really getting nervous, I have been having headaches since Thursday. I truly am happy to be getting it done, just nervous. Wanted to let you all know it was in the works.

    RE, you have lots of warm thoughts coming your way. Yep, the surgery is tough. But tough as it was, mine is over and soon yours will be too. After one week, I felt better. Please ask me about any questions you have along the way.
    My doc. wanted me to have a sports bra that closes in the front. This was a good thing. Also, I used a crummy old bra to shower in to keep the drain in place, etc. (hubby had to fasten it).
    Wish I could come visit you and bring you cheer. Here's cyber cheer. :)
