Great News!
Hi Michelle,
Congratulations on reaching this milestone! I am just over 5 years past surgery, and, like you, feel that this disease has changed me in ways I never anticipated. My dad (who died of colon cancer at age 85) always said "Every trial makes you stronger". Enjoy your life.
All the best, Judy0 -

Live for each day. I can only dream now of getting better, but I always think of my favorite quote from James Dean:
"Dream as if you'll live forever, Live as if you'll die tomorrow"
I have always lived day by day even before I was diagnosed, I love it0 -
I, too, am two years away from diagnoses
I was diagnosed January 8, 2007, I polyp, 2 lymph nodes out of 19 positive. Surgery, chemo (I was sick as could be) and 28 days of radiation with 5FU - standard folfox treatment. I am currently NED and eternally greatful. I have had a few small blips, but - who cares.

Congrats
I remember when you were first dx. It was around the same time as my hubby. So glad you are doing well and so nice of you to share the hope. God Bless, Diane0
