That is so true.

Those are beautiful. What is the source? They made me think. Especially true, for me, small conscious actions can sustain your spirit. There is a chasidic teaching that one should consider the world perfectly balanced between good and evil - and the next thing you do will tip the scales in one direction or another. The same can be true of our spirits in troubled times. The next small decision to be happy, or at peace, can tip our scales. Thanks for the post. love, Joyce0

So much wisdom in so few words.
Especially # 10.
Conventional wisdom tells us to seek 'closure' and 'move on'. Bunk.
Don't ever close out your past. It is the key to who you are today and who you will become in the future. You don't have to continually morn it (if it has its sad elements, which is true for all of us), but you can certainly learn from it to the betterment of your present and future.

Yes I would say they sum up the journey which is totally part of our evolutional journey to being fully human. Don't forget we also have to learn to be our own best friends cause we tend to treat our best friends a whole lot better than we treat our own selves. Sharing has changed how I perceive myself let alone others.
Thanks
