Wanda,
I am so sorry to hear about the loss of your mother. I have been following her through your posts. Know that you and your family will be in my prayers. I can only imagine how much you miss her.

She will always be with you.
I strongly believe that a genetic link will connect people like no other - and with it people can live on.
She is part of you and always will be there for you - just in another form.0 -
I don't have words to express how sad I feel for you, loosing a mother is one of the more devastating things, especially when you have a bond like I did and I know you did too.In a less selfish way you know too that now she is happy and released of all her sufering, she will always be at your side until that day that you will reunite with her in Heaven. I'll be praying for both of you.0

Im so sorry wanda, I know she had such a hard time of it in the last few months and so have you. I lost my dad also to colon cancer and it was the hardest thing I ever had to watch. When he eventually passed on I missed him so much but I also was happy that he was not suffering anymore. It was no way for him to live. It is understandable that you cant stop crying. I will tell you the crying does get better. I still cry at least every two weeks and my dad has been gone for almost two years but I use to cry everyday at the beginning. Hang in there, Mindy0

Wanda, I am so very sorry to hear of your loss. I, too, have been following your posts. Like the others have said, she's no longer suffering from this horrible disease, but I know you miss her. Know that you and your family are in my thoughts and prayers and that God will see you through this.

Wanda,
I am soo sorry for your loss. I know it must be really hard, my best friend just lost her Mom to rectal cancer 3 weeks ago and she is very sad. But, she did tell me that she is so grateful that her Mom doesnt have to suffer anymore. God's promise is paradise after our life on earth, so think of your Mom in paradise.
Prayers to you, Robin0 -
Wanda, I said this at my daughter's memorial:
I'm Free
Don't grieve for me, for now I'm free
I'm following the path God laid for me
I took his hand when I heard His call
I turned my back and left it all.
I could not stay another day
To laugh, to love, to work, or play
Tasks left undone must stay that way
I've found that peace at the close of the day.
If my parting has left a void
Then fill it with remembered joy
A friendship shared, a laugh, a kiss
Ah, yes, these things I too will miss.
Be not burdened with times of sorrow
I wish you the sunshine of tomorrow
My life's been full I savored much
Good friends, good times, a loved one's touch.
Perhaps my time seemed all too brief
Don't lenghten it now with undue grief.
Lift up your heart and share with me
God wanted me now, He set me FREE.
Hugs, Kathi0 -
