Thanks for the thoughts and prayers
I don't really think it has sunk in yet. I am usually very positive and upbeat about these stupid-**** tests.( pun intended) But, this time around I felt very different about everything. Was bracing myself for the chemo trip again.
Well, not this time you piece of sh***t cancer!!Now leave my friends alone!!!!

Barb,
Know that mood all too well! Just went through it myself. After more than 7 years I should have been so very positive, and instead I felt like you did....pessimistic. It takes a few days for the good news to sink in. Congratulations, it really is good...and we just have to learn how to live with it all.0 -
Barb - that's great news. And I do know that mood! It's wearing just having the tests and having to worry about them - I know that I often feel just "not bad" when I hear good results rather than "happy".
Cancer is a piece of sh***t!

Barb,
How are you doing? I read you posts and you have every right to be what I call numb. You guys go throug so much waiting for test results and the emotional ups and downs. I just want you to know that You are never far from my mind as you helped my when I was at my lowest point. You have every right to have an off day!!!
Hang in there and know that I am thinking about you!!
Prayers, Hugs and everything else that goes with it!!
Love Always!

Barb, Congrats on the positive results!
I'll have my first post-treatment colonoscopy in April, so I'll warm the scope for you. My doctor mentioned that my daughter, now 26, should think about scoping around 30. My reaction? I said, "That dumb cancer better not even TRY to get near her, I'll kick ITS butt!!!!!"
Great news,

I kn ow, it's weird. I told my husband I should be jumping up and down with joy. Instead, I'm wondering if they read my chart correctly.

"In a weird mood"? I love ya sweetie, but I'm afraid you're just weird. No moods about it!
Have a bootie-ful evening...

Hmmm. I suppose you may be right. I am somewhat weird. But who isn't? Sure beats the h*ll out of being "one of the Jones".
