I'M SURE THAT THIS HAS BEEN VERY FRIGHTENING FOR YOU TO SAY THE LEAST. ARE YOU SEEING A KIDNEY CANCER SPECIALIST? KIDNEY CANCER IS UNLIKE MOST OTHER CANCERS AND TYPICAL TREATMENT IS NOT THE SAME. HOPEFULLY YOU ARE GOING TO A CANCER CENTER OR RESEARCH HOSPITAL. IF YOU GO TO THE KC SITE YOU CAN PULL UP SITES AND DOCTORS VERY FAMILIAR WITH THIS. KEEP A COPY OF ALL YOUR RECORDS FOR YOURSELF AND STAY ON TOP OF ALL THE DEVELOPMENTS. I WILL BE PRAYING FOR YOU. THIS SITE HAS A LOT OF PEOPLE WHO ARE GOING THROUGH THINGS VERY MUCH THE SAME AS YOU. MY FATHER WAS DISAGNOSED WITH TERMINAL KIDNEY CANCER IT HAD SPREAD TO HIS BONES, LUNGS ETC AND GIVEN 6 WEEKS TO LIVE. HE WENT ON INTERFERON (BACK THEN IT WAS EXPERIMENTAL) AND HE LIVED ANOTHER 15 YEARS TO DIE AT 79! THERE IS ALWAYS HOPE.0
