Hi,
I too was just diagnosed with stage 3 ovarian, had a 5 hr surgery and have had 2 chemo treatments so far. My treatments are every 3 weeks and I have good days and bad days. I read somewhere about someone getting sich or nausea when they haven't had a bowel movement. I have found that to be a problem with my eating/appetite. Could that help with your problem? I don't know, just trying to be helpful.
So far the chemo is really doing the job on my CA-125. I will remember you in my prayers and keep us up on your progress. This really is a wonderful site!

You are in my thoughts and prayers, Christa. All of you are. I am at 6 months post-op. Never thought I would make it this far. Keep a positive attitude, which is very difficult at times and keep coming to this site. skybluetdb1985 said:Hi,

Christa,
Welcome to the board, and I hope things get better as you go through your chemo!0 -
Christa,
I was diagnosed with Stage 3c ovarian on 7/1/05 and have had 2 chemo treatments. I also had extensive abdominal surgery. I am recovering from the surgery and feeling much better. The best advice I can give you is to drink lots of water and take stool softeners if you are having problems with constipation and abdominal bloating. My thoughts and prayers will be with you. If you need my help or support, please email me.
