Are you a grazer? A grazer eats small amounts of food throughout the day. Americans have been increasing the number of snacks in their day, due to their busy schedules and lifestyles. Grazing can be quite healthy since it promotes a higher metabolism. As long as you choose healthy foods and portion sizes you're going down the right path.

Here's an interesting tidbit that I can say really does work for me. Eat a handful of a few walnuts 15-30 minutes before a main meal and you will not only be getting some really good nutrients but for some reason, you don't eat as much. Walnuts are "fattening" but not in a bad way, unless you pig out on them. They are also a good source of protein and helps the body better absorb natural sugars (like those in fruits.

Thank you so much for that question and I really wish I knew the answer. It allowed my mind to wander a tad bit and that felt really good. Mental masturbation. OOOPPPPPSSSSS. I bet I get busted by Jose for that one.
Seriously, thank you Bud. That question meant more to me then I could ever tell you.
