Hi- I too have 3c ovarian cancer. I was diagnosed 1/02. Went through treatment with Taxol/Carbo then to Taxotere/Carbo, then just taxotere. My ca 125 was down to 33 then it went up to 83 in a month and then to 130 the next month. I started Thalidomide last monday. So far the biggest side effect is being a little tired. I started by taking it at night and I am working up to 200 mg. Right now I am at 150mg, 50 in the am and 100 in the pm. I have blood work at the end of the month. Good luck to you.0

In the begining I was really tired, but that seems to have gotten better. I take 100mg in the morning and at night. I have blood work tomorrow. I will let you know how it worked. My husband took it for Renal Cell Cancer. He did suffer from some side effects. Fever, chills, some nausea. He took it for four weeks. For him it didn't work but renal cell doesn't respond to much. Hope you do okay on it.0
