Hi- I too have 3c ovarian cancer. I was diagnosed 1/02. Went through treatment with Taxol/Carbo then to Taxotere/Carbo, then just taxotere. My ca 125 was down to 33 then it went up to 83 in a month and then to 130 the next month. I started Thalidomide last monday. So far the biggest side effect is being a little tired. I started by taking it at night and I am working up to 200 mg. Right now I am at 150mg, 50 in the am and 100 in the pm. I have blood work at the end of the month. Good luck to you.

In the begining I was really tired, but that seems to have gotten better. I take 100mg in the morning and at night. I have blood work tomorrow. I will let you know how it worked.
