tired and lonely

Hello Judy,
It really must be tough on you not having anyone to talk to about how you're feeling, your worries and concerns. I live in France so I don't think we could talk much by phone but I'm here by email if you want to let your thoughts out or ask any questions. I'm doing chemeo now for breast cancer diagnosed in November. So I can certainly understand how tired you're feeling and also discouraged at times I know. Because of the time difference with the US (it's six hours later here than eastern standard time) I don't often get in any chat rooms. But I can see from the postings that a lot of people do manage. There is also another site called cancersurvivor.com that apparently also has a good chat room. Maybe you might want to try that too. Anyway, just know that we're all pulling for you and thinking of you. You're NOT alone in this.
Keep your chin up,
Bisous

Hi there Judy,
Well there is one thing that we can do to help you can come in here..fluff up the pillow on the couch and tell us anything you want to. We share just about everything in here. From dealing with grumpy husbands to insurance probs. You feel free to pick a topic and just let it roll. Im safe in saying most of us in here have had those feelings of being tired and lonely and sometimes that can be harder to deal with than the pain of the treatments. So take a deep breath and feel free to share whatever is on your mind. I also check my email on here everyday if you feel you need fast response time. Remember there are faces out here youve never seen that care about you and are willing and glad to help in any way we can. Now lets see a smile
Wishing you Wellness

Hi tired and lonely....you broke my heart and I am in the same boat as you. You are 3 years older than me. Can you believe we are so young and we have been hit with this? It has been said to me that God only gives those who have "the broadest shoulders" the biggest burdens to bear. What do you think? When I first heard this I was offended, looking straight away at my shoulders, then when I realized it was an anology and then I thought "cool".....I do have broad shoulders, and so probably do you. Your mother and husband love you. Your mother cries because you are her child and mothers would suffer for their children if they could. She would take your ailements away from you in a blink of any eye. Your husband, well what can I say...he's a man. Words of compassion, caring and tenderness do not come easy for most men. Don't feel said, don't feel lonely....you can write to me. I'll be your sounding board and you can be mine. Hang in there. A healthy, positive mind is a healthy, positive body. Carol :O)0

I'm new to all this. I'm getting my lumpectomy tomorrow. My huband loves me, that is about the only thing in life I'm sure of right now. It is lonely. It's outright scary right now. Write to me is you wish: sickoncomp@ntelos.net. I don't know if I can help except for an honest ear and a need for a friend myself, someone to write to. Don't have family of my own so I'm someone ready to respond. I'm scared too. Help me and I'll try to help you. I'll pray for you, Judy. Pray for me? We'll make it.0

Hi Judy,
Please feel free to email me anytime. I know what it is like to need someone to share with. It wasn't until recently that my husband could really share with me. He would cry when ever we started to share. I wouldn't share my fears with him, because I was scared of upsetting him. I ended up sharing with a wonderful friend.
Please never hesitate to post. We are all here for you.
Love, hugs, and prayers,

Hi Kat Thanks so much for your help. My husband is a good man but he watched both of his parents die from cancer. It is just so hard for him. I also have a 10 year old daughter at home and I try not to say to much in front of her because she cries. Thanks alot for your support Judykat02 said:Hi Judy,
