Hi everyone! Most of you are not going to know me as I haven't been active on these boards for about 12+ years. For some reason I felt compelled to come on here today and check in and see if there were any names I remember from back in the days of our Colonpaloozas and such.

I was dx'ed Stage 3 adenocarcinoma of the sigmoid colon in 2001. I opted to not do any chemo but used natural and alternative protocols to heal post surgery. I just wanted to say I'M STILL HERE ON THIS EARTH and to encourage any of you who are at the beginnings of this cancer journey into the unknown.

It's possible!

Wow Awesome for you, I was diagnosed Stage 3 had surgery and had decided not to chemotherapy, then had went to liver and basically said surgery was not an option, I was ready to start chemo, then he said I would have to do it forever, who does chemo forever, I just couldn’t accept that, it helps with symptoms. Well none of that had hope anywhere for me, at this moment since my diagnosis of stage 3 and surgery it has been 1 year, and now I sit here, yes I have symptoms, a few good days and some bad days. So I guess I wait, it’s amazing people on here doing well, I seem to have no hope gave to me, even now with any my symptoms I figure out how to myself. So happy you have been doing great!
